Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason. Any items returned will not be accepted or credited. If there is an issue with your order, please contact info@drinkrivr.com immediately for assistance.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within six hours of receiving the order confirmation for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped or marked as fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, even if the request is made within the six-hour window. For assistance with cancellations, please contact our Customer Support team.
Replacements
If your order arrives incorrect or does not match the description, you must notify Customer Support within 14 days of receipt. Please include your order number, images of the items received, and a description of the issue. If we determine that the items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, we will send replacements as outlined in our Order Processing guidelines.
Order Processing & Lead Times
We strive to process and fulfill orders within 1-3 business days. However, certain delays may extend the processing time to 5-7 business days or longer. Please note that the estimated time to ship reflects the order processing period and not the delivery time. Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and contact information provided are accurate at the time of order. Failed delivery attempts or returned shipments due to incorrect information will not be eligible for a refund.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
The Company is not responsible for packages that are lost or undelivered after they have been processed, marked as shipped, and a tracking number has been provided. In the event of a lost or undelivered package, customers must complete the missing mail process with the respective carrier.
PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO boxes. Providing a PO box as the shipping address may result in delays or cancellations. If a valid physical address is not provided, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order.
Tracking Information
If your order is shipped in multiple packages or through different carriers, you may receive separate tracking numbers. This is part of our effort to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Package Protection
We may offer optional package protection to cover your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. This low-cost solution provides peace of mind throughout the shipping process.

RIVR THC microdosed beverages ship legally to 37 states in the U.S. and Washington, D.C., per the 2018 Farm Bill and in accordance with state regulations. We ship to: AL, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY, D.C.
